the American post system is well known as a shit but thats nothing to do with Larian
It actually is on Larian, fully. They did not work with the US/Canada, sent a bunch of large boxes without any notice, and now those packages are being ripped apart in search of contraband.
This would never have happened if Larian worked with the West BEFORE shipping.
