And by that I mean, give your character an option to agree to his deal, but in exchange they would propose, or demand, a partnership or prominent position in his empire to come, with an appropriate change to his post-credits ending.
Definitely something I could see a non-naïve evil playthrough doing, and I'm sure Raphael would be more than happy to acquiesce by the time of the third act when you've proven yourself a capable and powerful potential ally.
