i think Fuckpunk has come a long way as a game but i will never play it because the ethics of CDPR include lies and cheating so it will be a cold day in hell.
as for act 3 being unfinished, yes clearly Larian ran out of time and investors panic when a deadline comes up so a choice was made to worry about fixing it later, this is a Larian game so no one that has played their other games is shocked by that... it's still well on the way to game of the year
