only the Companions have this.. and when yu play as then rolls the same.
(its like any other old RPG like Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim..)
what yu mean its something like Witcher ? when yu do really get to see then speaking what yu chose ?
if so thats reaaaaaaaally hard to pull off becouse cost a LOT and have a LOT of origins characters.
(just for exemple AStarion for it self people says the dude have dont know more the 3000 lines of dialogue crazy stuff.)
