I didn't mean it like that. I think it's a good scene on its own and a very emotional one for a lot of people.
Fair, I don't have that connection and it was just an offhand comment about how I found the cutscene to be just very out of place in a fantasy game, and thus hilarious (the end of it at least).
As for that video, from what I remember, Swen said that the final parts of Act 3 felt to him like they were already overstaying their welcome even without the epilogues, so they decided to cut those out.
Eh? Idk what he counts as final parts, but the docks scene is, what, 5 minutes?
Even worst if your a Gith and go off with Lae'zel then it's just "Welp, cya, I'm out".
