As an eternal optimist I believe they are working on some other patch. Before the last patch, there were also several weeks of 'silence'.
And they do listen to fans, at least in some cases - for example added Avernus ending for Karlach and 're-shaved His Majesty', so let's be optimistic!
I don't care how long it would take, I can wait a year or two if it would mean they will polish the last Act and the whole ending to have qualities of the previous Acts.
