This is happening since 3.0 came out actually
before 3.0 came out the game was running Perfect..
just some Frame Drops here and there nothing Really broken.
when they Start to Try Fix Minthara and Karlach was when the Most Broken things ever start to Happen
Since then Shit hit the Fun and its Unplayable trust me its gettin harder evryday i try even on PC.
