1. find portal stone that's partially concealed on the west side of the estate. 2. use it to get inside the estate.
unlock all 4 doors of the central room by:
a. pull the lever in the SE room down.
b. pull the lever in the NW room down.
c. pull the lever in the centre room down.
the room to the west should open. Sir Patrick's title deed is on a table.
do not move the other levers aside from the ones mentioned above...
