I have had the same issues as others have pointed out. They have completely broken Astarion�s romance in some ways. His approval doesn�t trigger appropriately on responses like it did, his camp interactions are FUBAR, it completely skips over one where you talk about him keeping watch and last night I saw him creeping off but there was no other scene? It was weird. The bad part is his very broken approval mechanics make the romance progression tedious and I was working on a play-through focusing on it.
I did report the Astarion issues as a bug and it is a stopper because his scenes at camp have disappeared completely (not to mention his broken approval mechanic). I hope they figure it out� Something tells me with it being so niche they probably don�t see it as important I don�t know� I may attempt to roll my version back but I use GOG.
