So this is a Class Action for the Wild Magic Sorcerer that works pretty much in the same way as the cantrip "Guidance" or "Tides of Chaos", meaning it can be applied to rolls via convo or when interacting with stuff that involves skill checks.
The problem is that, once unlocked at lvl 6, this action moves to the prime position (far left display) for the Bonuses that can be applied when rolling the D20.
The penalty -1d4 displays before the bonus +1d4, meaning it's pretty easy to activate on the missclick. On the PC and with a controller, if you get habituated to say applying Guidance to your rolls the muscle memory can sorta screw you when picking locks or in conversation with the quick clicks. This one also consumes sorcery points though. For Bend Luck the Malus icon looks the same as the Bonus icon which could be confusing as well.
Since Bend Luck can be activated manually at any time, I think it would be simpler to just remove the Penalty version of this one from the default convo/interact options, since it's really hard to think of a situation where the player would want to apply a malus to their own rolls. Like there might be a super niche instance where that is somehow desirable, but then the player could just toggle that manually right? To me this is similar to having spacebar as the default to skip convo and also to skip turn, since often convo leads directly into combat, and it's relatively easy to skip the player's first turn by accident with a missclick on the Spacebar. Just one of those things that probably causes unnecessary reloads.
Anyhow, here's a visual...

If keeping the default to show all available options, then I would move all the Penalty/Maluses to be the last displayed (far right), then change the color, along with a strike-through or symbol/pattern to differentiate it from the Bonus version.
