Let me throw in variable farm based on saved money. Tav with 100k lying around can own more than just a farm. They could end up controlling the entire food supply of Baldur's Gate, as they buy the farmland out from under everyone else. You should also be able to get various titles based on your cash flow. Archduke Tav? Sure if you've got the money!
