Patch 4 fixed the issue for me, after a literal month of waiting. Anyone else?
ED: It's important to note that when changing zones, it stays stuck in 33% for some minutes (enough to give me a heart attack) but after that it continues. So it's clear it's doing "something" during that time.
Same here, takes a while to load but eventually does!
Update: Turns out Gauntlet Edwynna was wrecking my save as she's seemingly been resurrected now. And here I was blaming the Steel Watch...
