Welcome to our fantastic 17,000 different endings where every other sentence seems randomly pieced together and nothing really makes much sense. Rejoice! Our grand finale in Karlach involved us staring at a black screen because it seems the cinematics were missing for the ending. All in all it's becoming clear to me how Larian came up with 17,000 endings. Of course, I realized that there might be 10 truly different endings which then vary. But as it is now, it's a jumbled collection of dialogues that don't really reflect the decisions made in the game. What happened in the first act? What happened in the second act? What happened in the third act? How did one thing affect another? How did it all develop further? After two playthroughs, we also had to conclude that the endings do not do justice to the game at all. We played the game twice and both times the endings were not remotely satisfying considering we had invested 150 hours into it
