I am having the same problem. Using a rx 6800 xt card and it appears patch 4 broke the entire vulkan backend. Can't get anything to work. It'll run in directx but I swear things just don't look right. Maybe it's just me. But this combined with shadowheart completely broken and never moving is pretty game destroying. I basically can't play at all because of patch 4. Really incredible.
