At the moment, after the last small update on Windows, it is not possible to play with someone with a Mac due to different versions of the game.(This is very, very sad and I wanted to find out - in what time period will the versions be synchronized?
Same problem. Most Mac players were dropped out of the multiplayer campaigns after the update rolled out at the end of the week for other platforms. Also sad to hear there is no way to roll back the patch on Windows until it is available on all the platforms. Larian, you could handle this much better.
I wonder if the Mac version has the same speed bump to updates as the Playstation, it requires Apple to validate the files and update. Just speculating here BTW.
I think you should be happy the game is in the worst state now. We are again in early access. It needs 5-6 minutes to load the game textures. Companions stopping to move mostly Halsin. The game crashes since the release I never ever had a crash with rtx4080 now every day once or twice. Split screen coop is now totally broken. Its terrible at least on top tier pc. But as I heard reading on ps5 is even worse.
So be happy that you have patch 3. On cloud gaming and ps5 we can't even roll back.

They could indeed handle it much better. And it appears they've done it again this weekend. Sigh.
