Same here on Mac. It looks awful. Super distracting. I am surprised such an obvious graphical bug made it to production - it is everywhere not just in dimply lit areas but bright as well. 80% of my dialog type interactions have this obnoxious bug. Is there a way to roll back in steam? The game was fine before this patch so I would rather play it without the graphic bug than what ever the patch gave.
