I wonder if anyone is experiencing companion portrait glitches wither it be joining party or class changing? There are some playthroughs I've had where their portrait looks smeared or a scarred across the face.
To be more specific, I've had Laezel's portrait completely smear on joining after rescuing her from the tieflings, and Astarion's portrait scar when changing his class.
It's not a bfd or anything but it's certainly hideous.
Only other graphic like issues I've experienced is full detail not loading in conversations and making textures look very blotchy, this is with quality mode and performance mode on PS5 btw.
