I've just installed the game and I'm encountering the following issue:

I've tried to search for the issue, but the only thing I've managed is to get somewhat spoiled...

System: macOS Sonoma 14.1
BG3: Patch 4 installed, up-to-date


Any help with this issue is highly appreciated.
