I'm running a solo tactician playthrough and while playing tonight my character got hit with a chain lightning that dealt 2 separate instances of lightning damage totaling over 90 damage. Is it supposed to hit twice or is this a bug? Here is the tooltip for the spell, "Strike an enemy with lightning. Three more bolts will leap from the target, electrifying as many as three other enemies within 18m."
