Hmm... that would suck.
I can't quite remember if this happened to me in the past (pre-patch 4, that is), but it did happen last night during the Riverside Teahouse fight. One of the masks was knocked unconscious while under "Hold Person" and she did "hold the pose", so to speak, even after I had stopped the spell after the fight. I could still loot her but she never changed her pose and always remained in the "hold person" position.
I guess I'm going to have to make sure to quick-save before/during the Minsc-fight once I get there.
