My vengeance paladin had zero consequences for letting Astarion live when he tried to bite her. But she didn't let him bite her. I feel like it was already menationed: for Oathbreaker Paladins and good deity serving clerics that is normally and abomination, to let a vampire feed on you, set aside having sex with them. A vampire is beasically undead after all, so my Venegeance paladin spurned Astarion and dated Wyll instead.
