Well in my Opinion the Most Broken and Best one to Use its not even a Spell its a Simple Cantrip..

i really broke the Game with my Sorlock and Palock using this..
the Hexablade too that shit is Broken.. (Fighter 7/Lock 5)
and yu can even Double Cast with some itens and Builds..

(but in terms of Power i beleave the Best ones are Haste, Counterspell, Fire Ball becouse yu can Upcast and do a lot of Damage and Chain Lightning.. the thunder that spreads always forget the name.)
There are some Thunder Gods Builds out there that shows how strong that thing can Be.
especially if yu Make then Wet after trowing that shit.. man its ridiculous the amount of Damage.
its like Walk in a Park in Higher difficults solo.
