Went through the entire
FAQ, nothing worked. Ended up reinstalling the game and it is still crashing on launch. The log files are completely empty so I can't even figure out what is happening.
[edited to add: I was able to roll the game back to the previous build and it's working beautifully again. It's definitely something in the new hotfix]
