So I’ve had that dialogue with Minthara (before encountering anything remotely Nere or Underdark related) and I’ve never interacted with the folks in the shed.
I believe the Drow corpse at Waukeen's Rest also reveals Moonrise, so that's another way to trigger the false dialogue flag.
