No, but you said, that you killed Wyll and Karlach, raided the grove, had the goblin party and then resurrected Wyll and Karlach, that is a workaround, that is not really intended, so my guess and that of some of the others was that the problems in your playthrough came from that.
So saying, you hate Karlach, when she is probably broken by you cheesing an outcome, is at least a bit unfair.
Karlachs behaviour is normally that you have a talk with her in act 1 and if you tell her, you're not interested, she leaves you alone.

This is your answer. Play how you want, you aren't hurting anyone, but you specifically used a work around to prevent Wyll and Karlach from leaving your group when you knew they're supposed to for attacking the Grove. You bugged the game out and you're complaining about how it behaves because of that. Come on.
