I feel like Minthara probably doesn't worship anyone at this point. She's thus far had pretty bad luck with deities it seems. Same for Astarion, I don't think the past 500 years have been conducive to him wanting to put himself in the hands of any deity. No idea with Minsc. I feel like I remember his people having some kind of animistic religion but I don't know if I'm just making that up. And I'm not sure about Karlach either. I could see a case for Ilmaeter. I haven't seen any chaotic good deities of standing up for people or being a do-gooder or things of that nature that I feel would suit her cleanly. As for Lae'zel, I don't think she'd worship a god after rebelling from Vlaakith. She'd probably worship Orpheus.
