I have half a recollection of Wyll swearing by “the triad”, who according to my reading of the FR wiki, are Torm, Tyr and Ilmater. I think there’s a comment he makes after one of the stages in Gale’s personal quest where he compares Gale’s devotion to Mystra to his less pious viewpoint. Perhaps someone who knows more about the Faerunian pantheon has a more definite recollection.
The only coins I recall Karlach mentioning are the soul coins. I’m not sure who I’d see as a natural fit for her. As Gray Ghost says, perhaps Ilmater as the deity of the oppressed?
I don’t think of Minsc as tied to one god as opposed to “goodness”, but potentially Mielikki? She’s a goddess of rangers and the FR wiki tells me she has a counterpart/aspect worshipped in Rashemen.
