Tried multiple times in/out of shapeshift, it will not trigger while shapeshifted but works normally. I made sure to test after long rest, etc.

Can anyone else confirm/deny? Is this working as intended or ?

I was wondering about the same thing. Every other illithid power works while shapeshifted, but not Luck of the Far Realms. It feels like a bug, because it makes no sense otherwise.
