The key of ancients headgear item from act 1 that you can pickpocket from findal is now classed as a legendary item, even though it is still a uncommon.

I don't know if this is just on my end but I verified install files and restarted a fresh save and it's still legendary orange instead of the original green.

I noticed the the same - says uncommon, looks legendary

It's orange or golden/yellow?

Orange items are quest items and overwrite rarity colour, while still showing original rarity clasification in wording

Yellow/Golden are legendary, and should show legendary in wording

Taking in mind what the item does if you take the quest with certain approach, they probably tag it as quest item. If that is the case, orange with uncommon wording seens correct
