It's orange or golden/yellow?
Orange items are quest items and overwrite rarity colour, while still showing original rarity clasification in wording
Yellow/Golden are legendary, and should show legendary in wording
Taking in mind what the item does if you take the quest with certain approach, they probably tag it as quest item. If that is the case, orange with uncommon wording seens correct
