5) Game crashes leaving Iron Throne (cutscene) in ACT3

After you rescued Duke Ravengarde and the rest of the 13 Gondians and all entered the submarine and then the cutscene goes where they pull me up and the ship leaves. Then at 100% when the cutscene loads it crashes every time. This issue happens on latest patch 4.1.1.3911062 (Hotfix #10) on PC STEAM.
