PS5 here. When I attempt to take the road into Baldur's Gate (ending of Act 2) as The Dark Urge, the game consistently crashes on the loading screen (at 0%).
I know there are many other threads about this, because I've seen posts about this issue all over the net; however, squeaky wheel and all...
Obviously, this is a massive issue for me and others. I have sunk around 60 hours into this playthrough, but for now, it's rubbished. I either have to start the game over (again), or I have to just putz around in my first playthrough's character, which is as close to "complete" as a BG playthrough can get, aside from the clown's body parts (no thanks).
Is Larian ever going to fix this crash? I see forum posts going back to early October from players in my position: they can't move forward, and they don't want to start all over again (the next character's save files could also be corrupted, too).
Consistent crashes during story-critical transitions should be handled as a high priority by the devs. It has completely ruined the game for me and many others. The fact that Larian has known about it for over a month is not reassuring.
