Oooooooooooh! Is it after she runs off after Gortash's death?
It's after his death, but I can't remember if it's
right after or during the follow-up conversation. IIRC it's [Cleric] dialogue - you can either offer to pray to your own deity for her, or encourage her to make her own choice(s) of deity.
Got it!

Poor Karlach.

It's pretty weird how none of the Elf companions worship the literal God of the Elves, Corellon Larethian himself, I figured Astarion would've worshipped him, before the whole vampirism thing involving the Gur.
Yeah I went with Corellon for Astarion in the end, it was a coin toss between father of all elves and Tymora.
Honestly, it's kind of weird how few characters revere any deity. Unless things have changed a lot in the Realms lore since I last played a tabletop FR game, it's a setting where most people have a patron deity even if they're not clerics. I was honestly really hoping they would bring back the Divinity 2 tag system to let you pick a patron for your character.
Oh, the Wall of Faithless still exists. But apparently gods can still pick and choose whoever they want to claim among the faithless these days. I guess if you've lived an impressive enough life for a god to notice you, you're good?
