That�s super disappointing, I love that scene. I also play on PC via Steam but I haven�t played through that part post-patch-4. This strengthens my resolve to not play any more until they get at least another hotfix in (and hopefully some hugs for Shadowheart).
I�d recommend submitting a bug report because that is BAD.
Edit: Does long resting unstick her? You could also try killing her then resurrecting her.
