No mutants Allowed intervewed J.E. Sawyer, where they tried to discuss Van Buren and Fallout 3 as different projects. And as a result - nothing new on Van Buren, but for Fallout 3, there are some new details from the point of view "If we would have been making it then ..."

- In character development the player will be able to choose between humans, ghouls and super-mutants
- Story line will not be connected to Vault Dweller / Chosen One
- That would be a sequel, i.e. after Fallout 2.

http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1133

After all this we can only guess what will and what will not be in new game.

Not much, right?

In Fallout: Tactics you could have only human player but online you could be:
- Robot
- Ghoul
- Super Mutant
- Human
- Dog (not sure)

Was fun being a robot...

And what about us, PC users ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />
forgotten ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Hmm, I really don't remember character generation in FT. I do remember that you could recruit ghouls, muties, deathclaws.

Okies, lets keep this post updated as new details arrive.

if words from forum members are good enough for u, that game is crap & we shouldn't wish for it on pc.

regarding character generation in FOT, for single player u can only have humans but later on u can recruit other races such as ghouls, super mutants, deathclaws & robots. for skirmish or network game, u can choose any race & yes, even dogs.

Do you think forum members are not able to write here any news they get on F3? Why not?

I think maybe he thought because it was just his opinion ,and not official it wouldnt be acceptable <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> He is new, maybe he doesnt know personal opinion holds the same weight as any other opinion <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Edit: Jangutt: Show up and defend yourself. Until then, everyone pat Arhu

Damn, laughing so loud at work is not good <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Cattlemage <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Mighty cattlemage, don't even think making him angry! With deadly warcry (meou-cry even) he will scare the s*t out of his enemies. And those, who resist it will be bombarded by fire-cow-balls and at the end polymorphed into 1 inch tiny cows.

<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shhh.gif" alt="" /> I think, Janngut is scared to death and hiding somewhere under the keyboard <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/kitty.gif" alt="" />mage

Scaring my enemies is no bullsh*t. Its actually lots of it. The earth trembles at my stampede spell <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> Unfortunatly you cant milk bulls. Dont try. You dont get milk at all. And Im not licking my fur after that I swear. Still, its not the only time a pussy has been soaked in it.

(Oh god, that was all awful. Lynn is going to lock this thread and ban me)

Quick! Countermesures!

I remember some fan site (was looking for it now but couldn't find) was very angry at fallout: brotherhood of steel preview movie. I agree, the hookers wear more than the fallout:BOS chicks and all this cheesy stuff like no armor-whatsoever and dual guns. It's not an RPG, btw. It's an action adventure game. The pipboy and RPG elements are gone. I don't think this game will be very popular. I simply don't.

Cattlemage? Hmm.... brahminburger!

Thanks for the defense. I blame Arhu <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/kitty.gif" alt="" />, and the return of swing music!

Or a butterfly raining in Japan (that moth from Godzilla).

I just reinstalled F:T BOS and I already hate the super-mutants.
I mean they're armed with SAW machine guns and all I have is some Heckler and Koch rifles. The time it takes to get myself near them, my characters are full of holes. I doubt this APC will stand this fire.

I did poke around and found a fallout game for both ps2 and xbox. Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel for both ps2 and xbox. A Fallout 3 could be in the works for pc but I'm not sure yet. I'll keep poking around to see what I can see.

Jagged ALliance 2 Gold should be sent to me in the next few days. Got it on eBay but still settling the deal and chosing the shipping method: I won it for $6.50 but she asked a shipping of $7.00 (all in US) so I told her to throw the box away and send for $4. I will pay by paypal.
Really looking forwards because I intend to soon finish Fallout: Tactics (@(#*#(@*#*@&#(*&@(&# mutants).

Problem now is i might get Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic and another 4 games later from a mate of mine (who lives in another country). I hate when it happens because normally after I whine that I have nothing to play, I get so many games that each time I am intending to play something, I chose for hours what game to load. Or start them all and eventually get bored of some so I leave them (I left Serious Sam: Second Encounter, Undying, Anachronox [maybe I still got the saves somewhere, though] and Red Alert 2).

Hey, Spick, why all british people go to Majorica? [remembers Giants: Citizen Kabuto].

But to answer your question, its not to far ,2hours on a plane, its cheap, the weather is just great, and the beaches are golden and very clean. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> , oh and i'm flying from Exeter airport which is just a 10 minute drive from my humble abode <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
