Thanks, I lockpicked the door and went down.... but there was no one there. Just some crates to loot and a book about harpers, but no living soul. Oh and a metal cage that seemed to habe been broken open.
Well this quest looks totally bugged, after the disappearing Voss in Sharess' Caress, the game looks much buggier now than before patch 4
