I get so jealous when I see modders wearing stunning gowns all the time and I can't just because I'm on ps5. Why can't we put on dresses like the ones Florrick or Lady Jannath wear? You even see them on mannequins in Figaro's shop but we can't buy them

I would very much second the desire for some more nice dresses available to players in game.

Yes! And also... why do we have to wait until act 3 to get camp clothes that don't all look frumpy?

Absolutely! Facemakers needs a franchise outfit!
Dresses for sure, but also boots! There are all these really great boots in act 3, but they're for the regular equipment slot instead of the camp clothing slot? Same deal with hats, great options there but only for the regular slots. Gloves too, I wish it was more conveniant to switch a whole a who outfit combination on the fly.
You know, just do it for everything - gloves, hoods, slippers - all that stuff! But yeah, think it's amusing how my Tavs never take their shoes off when going to bed lol. I mean sometimes I can get into that, but then the options aren't really there heheh.
I'd like a PC tailor for the nautiloid look too, and a crate of random getups much earlier on, I feel like there should be a basic chiton or a slip, to go with all the adventure swim wear and evening wear. The basic stuff for the start is gated by fantasy race selection.
I also think we should be cleaning up to dress for success on short rest instead of long rest, or needing water, especially since that latter creates a perma vfx for the environment.
Anyhow, dress up! Can't go wrong there, just need every option! Lol

Where clothing is concerned this game kinda feels like an MMO, where looks are a competition. But we're not competing with anyone for fashion sense, so it feels a bit frustrating, imo. It also feels a bit off when you get to pick a background. For instance, if you're a wizard and pick a noble background, then why are you walking around in your bathrobe? In the meantime, all of our companions have a 'look' that suits them. I really love what Astarion is wearing when you meet him. But when you come across better armor for him you can't keep this look because it doesn't fit in the 'camp clothing' slots.

That's something that bothered me too. What's the point of having all these nice boots and hats for sale when you can only wear them in the armor slots? They also give you no stat bonuses and are purely cosmetic so why can't we equip them in the area that is, oh I don't know, cosmetic?

Honestly I would be willing to pay for an additional pack with long flowing feminine hair, horns and maybe wings :p I bought a PS5 just just so I could play this game (I regret nothing), and I also can't use mods. Even if I could, I probably would not install anything that wasn't released by the devs because mods can introduce more bugs/glitches/image clipping and no thanks.

I really want to second this, looks are very important in a game like this, I would LOVE to wear the nice elegant dresses that the ladies in the City can wear. Also, my character is a Cleric of Selûne, there is an item called the Selûnite Robe which is gorgeous but has no practical function, can THAT be made equippable as clothing so she can wear it around camp while praying for spells?

Honestly, for starters, I'd LOVE for the "Camp" slots to 1) Be expanded to allow hats, gloves and capes. 2) Be interchangeable with "Real armor"
The many hats and boots in game are considered armour and take up actual item slots that actually provide a tangible benefit (Not to mention, Barbarian/Karlach starter clothes look sick for Barbarian/Druid/Ranger RP) which is a huge shame.
Throw in a bunch of other armours and those "Clothing" non-armors (For Barbs/Monks/Mages) which can look nice for camp clothes and it's dreadful that the "Camp" slots are relagated to 99% "Tramp clothes"
Then we can add in some of the swanky dresses and other apparel that NPC's get so we can look good in camp (Or in combat if we want to toggle on camp clothes...)
P.s. Add an option to hide cloaks, they can look silly with certain equipment, but again, provide tangible benefits to your characters...

I agree about the Selunite robe, I was actually thinking about that the other day. The one you find in act 2? I would absolutely love to be able to wear that in camp. You can technically toggle your camp clothes on and off I believe? So you *could* wear it at camp. But it wouldn’t be the same as having it in your camp clothes slot.
