Can you get shadowheart to take the noblestalk you can get in act III?

I decided to wait till act III as I was tipped off that there'd be more there but for whatever reason I cannot trigger the conversation to get shadowheart to take it. Is this a bug or is this as intended? (meaning she can only take the one you find in the underdark).

Theres a NobleStalk in act 3 too ?
as far as i know the only one i find out was in Underdark act 1 and its worth yu gave her if yu are romancing her.
(yu get some cool surprises at her end history)

(fun fact indeed there are 4 itens yu can gave her an will gave yu some unique Stuff as Conversations and Scenes.. 3 of then yu trully gave her but the other its a Secret yu have to let her loot the iten and Keep it in her inventory then a Unique Scene will triger in the right Moment.. its a Secret i find out as far as i know.. i only have this scene in 3 games so far becouse of this iten in her inventory)

Incorrect. I let Shadowheart take all 3 plus 5 bonuses and she still tossed the spear on my trusting her.

Really i never tested i always took those stuff when i was the durge..
becouse i felt it wrong like i bet this shit will F. her quest xD
but good to know yu dont get any anoying check to really convince her ? pretty cool if not.
But Try it Out the Secret One i really want to Know if that is True like i coment i really dont know to this day if that iten really make the Unique Scene inside the Gountlet..
or if it was another stuff but in the Runs i got this scene i dont give her the Shar statue nor get the buffs.. dont know if it was that too but just Try it out im really curious to know what triggered that scene.

she refuses to take it in baldur's gate... unsure how you got her to take it.

You can't. AFAIK, the only shroom you can give to her to unlock a memory is the one you pick up in the Underdark.

From all I know from my own play-throughs and from what other players reported:

There is at least one more Noblestalk in Act III, but it doesn't have the same special "story-properties" as the one you pick up in the Underdark. You can consume it to heal a character, you can sell it, but you can't give it to SH and you can't give it to the Dwarf-lady to fulfill her original Noblestalk quest. I let SH pick it up, picked it up myself and then started a conversation with her, I had it on my Tav when talking to the Dwarf-lady in her store and I even sold it to her, hoping that would fix her store's money problems. None of it worked.

I always feed it to SH while in the Underdark, because... of course, so I can't verify this, but: I *think* not giving the Dwarf the shroom in the Underdark results in her store being a bit underwhelming once you get to Act III.
For one thing: She more or less tells you so and blames Tav for her lack of customers. Plus she's always broke when I visit her after a long rest. Like 10 or 15 GP when other stores have at least 1000 to 2000 GP on hand and some even have 10000 or more.
