Happy to report that I have found a solution for the problematic behavior described above.
I deleted game's cache located at:
%AppData%\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\LevelCache
Now everything is going smoothly, without jumps, as it was before problem appeared.
I am so glad to see lower gpu temperatures again.
