I think Ranger. Not stupidly OP but highly effective start to finish. Good lines in dialogue, good amount of fun skills and speak with Animals.
To a lesser extent Rogue, but I tend to combine the two. Gloom-Assassin was my first character in full access and still my favorite.

[Storm] Sorcerer. Flavorwise, or TT, I prefer Wizard. However. Because there aren't *that* many spells to scribe, and I stick to a certain amount of spells anyway, a Sorcerer will outclass a Wizard any day of the week, and they get practically the exact same lines in dialogue.

Monks and Paladins are surprisingly fun in combat but godawful boring in dialogue. Clerics same way, they would be way more fun if there was something substantial in dialogue for deities other than Selune.

Aside from a visitor in camp, I haven't touched Bards yet at all, but I suspect they'll be good fun.
