I'm wondering if this is just an Act 3 and or hotfix 11 problem. This is making the game all but unplayable.
I've tried all sorts of options and adjustments to priority, graphic settings etc. and nothing seems to help much.
Latest freeze was pulling up a lockpick dialogue and the game just sat there for more than 15 minutes.
