Yes she is.
Viconia is Mother Superior and she is located at the House of Grief. She is part of Shadowheart's questline. If you made Shadowheart a Selunite, it's about 20 vs 4 battle. If you're still Sharran, Shadowheart can convince a fraction of them to join your side. Viconia is a boss and she drops some okay loot :p
If you talk to Minsc, he even tells you how he thinks Viconia is evil and how she tried to kill Boo.
