You completely broke Baldur's Gate 3 when you created patch 4. Once the player comes into the middle of Act 2, things start going profoundly awry. These problems are happening both on PC and PS5.

Act 2:

The game will crash several times.
The loading screen freezes for several minutes.
Tav and / or other party members at times get stuck in fighting animations and cannot move.
Tav's party frequently lags, rubberbands, and becomes immobile for about 1 minute.
Initiating conversation with NPCs at times take several minutes to start.
Looting items at times is non-responsive for several minutes.
Once reaching The Nightsong, freezing becomes much more severe. Combat is very delayed.
Afterwards, initiating conversation with Dame Aylin can take up to 10 minutes to finally begin.
Tav's party ceases to follow through Moonrise Towers for up to 10 minutes.
Combat can take up to 5 minutes to begin.

Act 3:

Upon entering Act 3, loading screen hangs at %67 for nearly 10 minutes.
Once in Rivington, Tav's party ceases to follow for up to 20 minutes. They begin to catch up for about 30 seconds, all to freeze again for another 20 minutes. This never resolves all throughout every area of Act 3.
NPCs walk in place for several minutes.
In some areas NPCs do not load, and are missing entirely from the area.
Initiating conversation will not start for up to 15 - 20 minutes.
Textures on Tav and party members, as well as NPCs don't fully rez, and flicker to bright white.
 Unable to save and reload.
For up to 10 - 20 minutes the player is unable to switch between party members.
NPC audio stutters and stalls at times, rapidly cutting in and out as does Borislav Slavov's beautiful score.

The entire environment of Act 3 is completely shut down and broken. It is totally impossible to play upon entering Act 3. This is a profound problem. Baldur's Gate 3, in my opinion, is hands down one of the best RPGs that has ever been created. And, listed above, are the most severe and disruptive problems I have ever experienced. I have never seen anything like this before, between the technical problems, and the profound lack of communication about it all. What's worse is that BG3 has been in this state for nearly 1 month, and upon reporting it, we're told that "it's being investigated" and nothing more. There is no mention that you are trying to fix this. BG3 is an expensive game (too expensive to play it like this) one that is still very clearly in beta testing even though you have fully released it. And you are completely silent considering the magnitude of this problem. I cannot fathom how there is no statement of acknowledgment from you. What's going on here? And how could you let this happen for this long? This is totally unacceptable considering the investment in finance, time, and energy. Please, speak up about this, and fix this ASAP!
