Roleyplaying games like Baldurs Gate should be played with keyboard and mouse, or their interface is a PITA. Examples for this are for example Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and Dragon Age: Origins.

BG3 however seems to have found some sort of balance by making both interfaces wildly different and giving console users a lot more clicks to do to do anything, and apparently some things are harder to do on console, too. I dont know how much extra work this caused.

If you want real mass consumption you probably should aim for smartphones. If successful, the sheer number of installations can then outshine all other plattforms combined. I am not sure how much that applies to roleplaying games though. These tend to be complex, thus asking for keyboard and mouse for comfortable operation.

Actually you can play it on smart phones and iPhones with Geforce now. You don't even need controller but I dont like that you cover with your thumbs the screen. So the best option is to buy a 3-5 euro/usd controller phone holder.
Lot of ppl don't even know this technology exists.
That's why they are buying ps portal.
