In Carm's Garms, the clothing shop, there is a first floor area that is an obvious part of the shop, but it doesn't have any means of access.

This happened in act 3:
Had a fight with Viconia, which she did not survive. Some time after that, had an encounter with the Stone Lord, who turned out to be Minsc. After recruiting Minsc, Tav got to ask him about meeting Viconia, although the meeting never happened.

I think that everyone who said Antigonish is correct. But that quest only concludes in Chapter 3
in the House of Hope when you find the mason. You can either be kind to him letting him know that his towers still stand and the land is healed so the sacrifice of his soul was worth it or you can be an evil ass and tell him that no good came from his sacrifice.

I dunno if it was a bug or intended but I remember when I talked to Minthara for the first time ( this is after the '' Minthara fix '' ) I managed to stop her from reading my mind, and then when I talked to her again she repeated the same dialogue before as if it was the first time we met lmao.
Honestly there's definitely stuff like this scattered around in act 1 and much more especially in later acts.
It's hard to tell sometimes tho whether it's a bug or just lack of polish considering how polished other parts are, it can be a bit all over the place sometimes.

Kith'rak Therezzyn begins by assuming you're a mercenary hired by the gith to find the artifact.

Then you claim there's a traitor in her creche. She asks who. You say the doctor.

Then she claims you are the one who is said to have the weapon.

What gives? I thought she assumed I was a mercenary? Now I'm the leading suspect? What kind of jump have we made here? I understand that the inquisitor has reason to believe we have the weapon, and I can understand that the Kith'rak might be privy to that information. But why start by assuming we're a mercenary? The dots just don't connect, and it ends up feeling like a weird scene.

Here's another one from act III:

After rescuing duke Ravengard from the Iron Throne, Mizora, who is standing around in camp, talks about the duke being dead. At the same time, the duke is standing a few metres away from her, very much alive.

When approaching the Myconid encampment, and talking your way in Soverign Spaw will tell you to "Descend" so you can meet in person... Then to do so you have to climb UP to the top of the mushrooms...

Enemies become heavier when they die. When alive, they use a standard weight for their race (I.e. 75kg for humans) but when they die they then add the weight of their inventory. Which is not how physics works.

Killing Dror Ragzlin makes the ENTIRE Goblin Camp hostile. Even if you prevent anyone using the Wardrums, his death immediately makes everyone hostile even those outside the temple. Which makes no sense, as how would anyone not in the immediate vicinity know? (I mean, you can kill the other True Souls, Priestess Gut and Minthara just fine but Ragzlin is auto hostility)

About the rothe.
I think he is referring that he lived more than his mother and mother's mother added togather. It can be 6 years smile as well considering how much rothe meat you can found.

But all in all when the game came out some ppl pointed those things out in this forum. Just they got smashed because they deared to say anything bad about the perfect metacritic score game.

I dont care about them I just wanted to say I do remember those ppl. Ofc as more time you play the more things feel like a dissapointment. Because this game does not offer a huge challenge so the focus is shifting . So the ppl are boored and looking under every rock. And they find some odd things.

Mybe someone can explain this better. I have just this as an answer.

You can free the pixie from the lantern you get from the drider.

Then you go to moonrise towers and find another lantern in Balthazar's room. But you can't free the pixie in that lantern. So I guess that pixie is forever imprisoned.

Aww, that may be even sadder than the rats in de ELfsong's basement.

Maybe it is an undead pixie, reanimated by Balthazar.

I don't know what a soul coin is in the Dank Crypt.

But when I save Nadira from a Bugbear assassin, I suddenly know what a soul coin is.
