100 percent agree. You can hug Astarion during his confession scene but if you choose another option that’s the only chance you get. I too would have killed for an option to hug him after what went down with Cazador and convincing Astarion not to ascend. Or just something other than awkwardly standing a foot apart all the time — more hand holding, face touching, something!
So much this. Astarion's hug scene is the sweetest freaking moment, I love for it to come full circle and for him to see that I will continue to offer him that comfort going forward. The man needs more non-sexual intimacy!
