Same problem here. Nearly 3 weeks into the game, 80 spent hours and having the gaming time of my life. Yesterday I hit Rivington and the nightmare started...
The game is unplayable with times from 10 to 50 seconds to speak with any NPC.
I am forced to give up the game temporarily until this is fixed, but I am very sad.
There is any message from Larian acknowledgin the issue? My major concern is that this post started 15d ago...
