I'm not sure if Minthara on a good path can be the same Minthara of house Baenre that you recruit on the evil path. I wonder, what does one expect of this Drow Palladin in the party ? Will it not be counternature to her character and history ? I mean, why do you want her ?
I'm on a DU playthrough and followed the evil path to recruit her. She's not just any Drow, but comes from the old house of Baenre (once the leading house) who live in the most prestigious quarter of Menzobarazan. She disapproved when, after killing Orin, I refused to become the chosen murderer of Bhaal but wanted to go my own way. So either they completely turn her character around, and she's just another Palladin or you'll get a lot of conflict going fprward. It will be difficult to keep her satisfied during the adventure, always keeping to the good side. So one could ask : Why do I want her so much, while going completely against her nature ?
