Just to put it in perspective, BG3 got the GOTY nomination while Act 3 was nearly unplayable on ALL platforms.
In fairness: This was never an issue prior to patch 4. At least it wasn't for me.
Seeing how there is a DIY solution to this (which I'm too lazy to try), I would imagine this should be a relatively "easy" fix for the development team.
From what I understand, Larian are aware of this problem, BTW.
