I Belave its your Action..
like in the Beggining Shadow Aproves that yu Save her while she is Thanking Yu for that..
(in the Beach when yu Wake her up after the scape.)

I beleave its the Same stuff.
Only She talks thanking yu and Aproves becouse of what yu Did..

He is Not Aproving i Beleave on what he Comment to his Father but the Overall action yu did for saving Hin maybe.
(i could Be Wrong and in did this is a Bug.. but maybe its like i Sad. not the Coment but what yu Did overall that gave the Aproval in the end.)
